This product is made from 100% natural vegetable oils (coconut oil, almond oil, grape seed oil). It can thicken and solidify at low temperatures – this is a natural physical property of the product, not a quality problem. Simply heat it (e.g. with a warm water bath) to return it to its pure, liquid state. The quality and efficiency of the product does not change.
