The product selected and ordered in the store will be delivered to you by GLS and MPL courier services! The delivery deadline is 1-3 working days from the date of placing the order. The GLS courier service sends a planned delivery time on the day of delivery, in a 3-hour time interval. The MPL courier service delivers on working days, between 8 am and 5 pm! Please note that we cannot say in advance exactly when the couriers will deliver in a given area. It is generally true that the pick-up is delivered on the next working day, during working hours, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time!
If neither you nor any of your family members are at home, it is a good idea to provide an address where you can pick up the package during working hours (e.g. your workplace). You can also include other information about the delivery address in the notes, and be sure to provide your mobile phone number for the courier.
GLS courier service: If the courier does not find anyone at the address, he will try to deliver the package twice more. He will try to deliver the package three times in total.
In case of MPL courier service: In case of unsuccessful delivery, the post office will drop off the package at your local post office, which you can pick up within 5 days. If you do not pick up the package within this time, the package will be returned to our store.

Damaged package
Please inspect the courier bag in front of the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the bag that indicates damage to the goods inside, please draw up a report and do not accept the package. If there is a small scratch on the bag itself, this does not indicate damage to the product inside. In the absence of a report, we are unable to replace the shipment free of charge.
