XS/S: Waist: allows up to 31-43 cm, hips: allows up to 38-48 cm.

S/M: Waist: allows up to 33-45 cm, hips: allows up to 40-51 cm.

M/L: Waist: allows up to 35-47 cm, hips: allows up to 42-53 cm.

L/XL: Waist: allows up to 37-49 cm, hips: allows up to 44-56 cm.

You have to look at twice these dimensions, because it was measured from one side, how big it is in the basic position and approximately how far it stretches!
